Hello dear friends. 🌿 If you are looking for organic vegetable delivery in Istanbul, you can order from Şifa Köyü, our organic farm in Şile on the Black Sea coast of Istanbul, through the shop at sifakoyu.com. What we pick from the soil travels from our field to your kitchen. I have not put delivery areas, days or fees in this post. What do we grow at Şifa Köyü?
At Şifa Köyü we grow vegetables, greens and fruit with heirloom and local seeds, without chemical sprays, and only in season. We founded the farm in 2017 in Çengilli, a village in Şile, and every season the soil teaches us patience all over again. The farm holds an EU-approved organic farming certificate, and the product pages of our produce boxes say so. If you want to know whether a specific item is covered by the certificate, please ask us. Our free-range eggs are in the shop too, in packs of 10 and 30.
How does ordering work?
Ordering takes a few simple steps:
- Browse the vegetables, greens, fruit or Şifa Paketleri (produce boxes) sections on sifakoyu.com.
- Add what is in stock to your cart. Because we grow in season, the list changes through the year.
- Enter your address and contact details and complete the order in the shop.
- Once the order is in, we start preparing it at the farm.
- If you have a question about delivery to your district, write to us before you order.
What is in a produce box?
A produce box holds what the field is giving in that season. If you prefer not to choose item by item, the Şifa Paketleri are ready boxes. The Başlangıç Paketi (starter box), for example, holds seasonal vegetables, greens and 20 eggs. We fill the boxes with seasonal produce, so the contents can change through the year. Each box page shows its current contents. Which do you enjoy more, a ready box or a basket you fill yourself?
How is the produce packed?
We pack vegetables and fruit in food-safe paper bags, with care. When your order arrives, you can put the produce in the fridge in those same bags. Keeping it dry helps it stay fresh longer.
The shop also has candles, crystals and books. Their shipping conditions may differ from fresh produce. If you plan a mixed order, it is best to ask us first.
What if something arrives damaged?
Fresh produce can get bruised on the way, we know. The shop’s cancellation and returns page explains the process:
- Please do not open the package fully.
- Send it back to us by cargo on the same day.
- Email photos of the damaged produce and your order number to the address on the returns page.
- The refund is passed to your bank within 3 working days after the return reaches us.

And if you ever come to Şile, you are welcome to visit the farm, spend time with our animals and shop from our produce on site. Just write to us first so that we can plan your visit together.
