EmoTrance Master Practitioner Training and Certificate
Hello dear friends. The EmoTrance Master Practitioner training is a three-day programme that is practical from start to finish. At the end you receive your Master Practitioner certificate. For me these three days are a precious time in which a group of people look at their emotions together, with kindness. ✨
Here I explain the programme, who you learn from and what the certificate means, so that you can decide with an easy heart. Dates and fees are not published here; you can write to us about the next group.
What do we do over the three days?
Over the three days we both learn EmoTrance and practise it a great deal. EmoTrance is an energy method developed by Silvia Hartmann that focuses on bodily sensations and emotions. You work with me both in pairs and in groups:
- You learn the different EmoTrance patterns for working with the emotional weight you hold in your body.
- You practise these patterns first on yourself, then with your partner in the training.
- We work on noticing an unwanted emotion, finding where it sits in the body and gently inviting the energy to flow.
- We look at how to use EmoTrance in different areas of your life and how to share it with others.
If you would like to use the method in your own life first and then share it with others, this training may be right for you. The road always starts with ourselves; accompanying someone else comes after.
I see EmoTrance as a life skill you can use to return to yourself in the middle of everyday life. I think of an emotion as water; when it finds nowhere to flow, it gathers in one place. When you feel sad or anxious, where in your body do you feel it?
Who do you learn from?
You learn from me. I trained as an EmoTrance Master Practitioner with Silvia Hartmann, who developed the method, in England in 2013. I am a member of The AMT, and an EmoTrance Master Practitioner and Meridian and Energy Therapies trainer of the association. I pass on what I learned at the source, together with my own experience.
I also use EmoTrance in one-to-one sessions and workshops. If you would like to get to know the method first, my post on EmoTrance and EFT is a good place to start.
What the certificate shows, and what it does not
The certificate shows that you have completed this three-day practical programme. It is not a licence for a health profession. It does not qualify you to work as a doctor, psychologist or counsellor. EmoTrance does not replace medical or psychological treatment, and it is important to remember this both in your own practice and when you work with others. Knowing this boundary is part of doing our work with love and responsibility.
When you write to us, we share in detail which organisation issues the certificate and what the current conditions are.
Dates, fees and joining
The date, the fee and the prerequisites of the next training are not published here. Write to us and our team will get back to you with the details of the next group. The training can be held in English too.
If you want to learn to be gentle with your emotions, I would be happy to see you in the training. You are welcome to write to us with your questions. Take good care of your heart. With love. 🙏
